SHIPPING POLICY
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered and tracked within our system. All orders will be shipped in the order they have been received.
All Products have an estimated shipping of 5-10 business days, please allow additional delays during the Holiday Season and inclement weather conditions.
We only ship products to confirmed addresses via Paypal or Shopify. If the shipping address and billing address Do Not match, your order will be Cancelled without notice.
RETURNS
No returns of Hair Extension are Allowed Due to the Nature of Our Products. Once an Order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
